Once again we are receiving mail stating that payment wasn't made for 12/1 even thought numerous calls confirmed they have received it AND they cashed the check sent! This is ridiculous the amount of time spent on the phone being told they received payment only to be sent another set of letters stating they haven't received.
This seems to not be only our issue and I am confused how these people are still in business considering these issues.
The thought of you have no ability to prevent them putting negative things on your credit when THEY are the ones making the mistake. It's ridiculous.
