They keep increasing the payment without explanation. This is like a full *** of scam company. I do not trust them any more.

Yep!! They have done this to me twice!! No reason..
they have done the same thing to meand are now trying to have me evicted from my home customer service non existant and *** criminal liars kept jacking my fixed rate 30yr loan every 6 monthes illegally sold my house to themselves 6monthes in and sent me a letter to that effectthat nothing would changethey would continue to service my loan what a *** joke they are the worst *** frauds stealing peoples homes and putting people through the emotional wringer tanking peoples credit outright refusing to refinance you or do loan modification never sending paperwork tillafter its due and then denying you the modification etc. I spoke to more than 2thousand people documentedevery call and every one lied to me ,did not have a effin clueand never put anything in the file never spoke to the same person twice customer service this company needs to be shut the *** down y federal regulators and their entire staff across the country jailed for interstate fraud

I looked at my statement that came in today and it says I'm $4,000 behind??? I have made a pymt every month!!!!!
How woukd you like statement od $7000.00 and due to loan modification They now say I'm 1month behind. Something needs to be done. Im in Louisiana any class action suits going on??????
Don't ever have your loan with PennyMac. They will rob you blind and say I don't know what happened!
They will change the terms of your loans and then blame it on the state. They will contact you to refinance and then will lie about how much money you need to close.
