Horrible customer service. Starting with just over $10,000 in damages due to pipe break and they took over three months to finally send me the money back that i had to send to them from the insurance company.

They would tell you they sent the money, and it would never show up, and you would call back and someone else would tell you it was never sent. This was a repeated issue. I had a job change and asked if i could have my payment deferred and they flat out said no and they were so rude. I had never missed a payment or ever been late.

Was not willing to work with me at all.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. My loan was sold to them and i cannot wait to refinance just to have a different mortgage holder.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Unfortunately, this has been our experience as well, and like you we cannot wait until we are in a place financially where we can refinance out of PennyMac.

Representatives have been rude and insolent to us, expect us to prove their "mistakes in calculations" are wrong (as outlined in the amoritization schedule), and are extremely difficult to work with.

If you ask us, PennyMac's only goal is to either commit highway robbery or force people to lose their homes.
