WEBSITE SUCKS!!!!!!! Website ask repeated security questions exposing delicate personal information only to be told inputted info does not register or match pennymac's records. I totally agree that PennyMac lost draft department is the worst I have been trying for 6 months to get my insurance money from the claim that I filed from the money I gave them they're holding it hostage they only want to give me 30% of the 17,000 check that I sent them! Spent countless hours on phone and Internet to access account information. No one seems to know how to reset system for log in and or update email address for log on. They will not return calls or requests for questions on email. Supervisors are non existent and it's a constant run around. My account log in says I don't have a account but by phone I do. Horrible company. Holding an insurance settlement check because they claim they didn't get paperwork we sent them. They call us before 8am on Saturday, leave a voice message and a call back number that says no one is available on the weekend. They don't return calls, don't read their paperwork, and want us to spend hundreds of dollars to prove to them that our flooded home needs repairs. Add comment

Account impossible to login to. the automated pay by phone service gives me the runaround constant repeat information finally telling me to call during normal business hours this happens during the week even at 8am. This is the second time my loans been bought by pennymac i haven't ever been able to log into my account and customer services are no help Add comment

My new mortgage was recently sold to Pennymac. Since then, I have been getting letters nearly every day. Some giving me addresses to pay my mortgage, all of them different and some regarding the Insurance. Oddly, those who's subject is my insurance, contain the very information they claim is missing. WORSE MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER!!! FORECLOSED ON ME, PROCESSED PAYMENTS WRONG, FOR A COMPANY WHO SAYS I'M BEHIND 9 MONTHS MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, THEY REFUNDED ME BACK ALMOST 7000!!! PennyMac has had the wrong account number for the past three months on my account.( I changed who i bank with) I've called numerous times to have them remove the incorrect account number. They keep billing the incorrect account number and telling me payment wasn't made for insufficient funds. They tell me they cannot remove the incorrect account number from my account . I have just received another letter requesting my hazard insurance coverage be $166,038. My current coverage is $171,000. So I call penny mac to let them know they need to be kidding me to be trying to force insurance premium on my home and they respond saying that my insurance coverage needs to be $171,300. It is now Jan 2016. Just got a letter from PennyMac that they would be accelerating my loan, because I have not made a payment since July 2015....Except I have. Every month. On time. For 7 months.
